iCoolDown™2-Year Limited Warranty

iCoolDown™ warrants, subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in this limited warranty, that the iCoolDown™ device, when purchased by the original buyer, will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original retail purchase date (the 'Warranty Period'). This limited warranty is applicable with certain exclusions and limitations as specified herein.

Who is covered?

This limited warranty applies solely to the customer who originally purchased the iCoolDown™ device directly from iCoolDown™ or an authorized iCoolDown™ seller in the United States. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products obtained from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.

Claims must be initiated within the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, unreasonable use, or neglect of reasonable and necessary maintenance.
Service operations carried out or attempted by unauthorized service agencies.
Only iCoolDown™ Beach Gear & Hair Removal Products are covered by warranty. No accompanying gifts or items given with the product or won through iCoolDown™ giveaways are covered.

What are the solutions under this limited warranty?

Throughout the two years of the warranty period, if a defect arises in the iCoolDown™ device and iCoolDown™ receives a valid claim, iCoolDown™ will:

Repair the defective iCoolDown™ product at no cost, utilizing new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the defective iCoolDown™ product with a new or refurbished iCoolDown™ product.
In the case of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your exclusive remedies.

How do I obtain warranty service?

To obtain Warranty Service, you must email iCoolDown™'s Customer Service Department at support@icooldown.store, during the applicable warranty period. You will need to:

Provide photos and a description of the defect.
Provide proof of purchase details.
If your claim is accepted, iCoolDown™ will send a confirmation email to you.
We will send a shipping label to your residence for you to return the applicable device. Please include all items that were in the original packaging.

Disclaimers; Implied Warranties

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. iCoolDown™ WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, iCoolDown™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF iCoolDown™ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL iCoolDown™’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
